He cogido estas lilas de mi jardín para pintarlas y espero pintar mas flores en esta primavera. He estado pintando muchos bodegones y varios paisajes, ahora mi interés esta en la pintura al aire libre y las acuarelas. Es hora de cambiar.
I caught this lilacs from my garden to paint them and I hope to paint more flowers in this season. I've been painting a lot of still lifes and several landscapes, now my interested is in painting "plain air" and watercolors. It's time of changing.

Beautiful painting. Lilacs are some of my favorite flowers! And the glass jar is just fantastic, I love how you caught the reflections just right.

Julian...this is not a wc...and you have how many more to go. It is a beautiful painting of lilacs. I love the light and how you captured the glass. It looks real!! I can smell them from here. They are not blooming here yet. Too early. Still too cold. Today feels like fall.

ResponderEliminarEs cierto, Carolina, yo tampoco se como he tenido ganas de pintar todas las hojas, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta mi oposición al detalle en mis pinturas. Prefiero ver como los demás trabajan como enanos. MPDR. Estas siglas las he inventado porque es una verguenza que los estadounidenses nos ganen encima, también con iniciales. Quiere decir Me Parto De Risa, Ja,Ja..

Thanks you are very kind about my lilacs and certainly I should paint a watercolor but I'm scared of doing it too well and you can feel jealous of me. MPDR. So, I'll try ruining it a bit.
